Drinks, conservation levies, speciality coffees, souvenirs, laundry, tips, flights, transfers, additional excursions/activities, for example, panorama route tour, Kruger park tour, animal rehab centre, spa treatments etc. Enquire for full list of add-on tours available.
Minimum age 5, children 5-11 pay 50% and must share with an adult if under 18. Children aged 12 pay full rate.
We do cater for dietary requirements where possible.
Payment Terms
A 25% deposit is required within 14 days to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid in full 45 days before arrival.
For bookings made within 45 days of arrival, full payment is required within 3 days of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 45 days of arrival, 100% of the booking amount is forfeited and no refund will be given.
If you cancel between 45 and 60 days before arrival, the full deposit is forfeited.
If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund.
